S&D was formed in 2010, a collaboration between Mother and Daughter: Denise Beaumont and Sasha Shirbon. The business swiftly formed, grew and developed into the large company it is today at the Boothferry Road premise’s in Goole.

Office Manager

Has vast knowledge working in the recruitment industry for over 17 years. Working for other large agencies, becoming a Senior Account Manager before realising she had the drive and determination to start her own business.

Sasha’s capability, reputation for value for money, quality service and warm friendly attitude paved the way for previous clients to sign with S&D and remain loyal today.

Denise

Owner

Has had many years experience running her own business as an antique business and also as a property developer, she set up S&D Recruitment Ltd with her daughter, Sasha Shirbon in 2010 and works in the office on a part time basis.

Joanna

Recruitment Consultant/Sales executive

Has worked for S&D for over 5 years. Her background was initially Human Resources, Payroll and Recruitment Coordinator in a large Horticultural company.

Joanna has had first-hand experience with S&D Recruitment methods due to using them to provide candidates for her vacancies. She was once a client of S&D, admitting the reason she used them was because of their ‘no fuss, on time and reliable’ service.

Joe’s previous employer went into solvency and Sasha, knowing Jo was a capable recruitment coordinator asked her to join the S&D Business – the rest they say is history!

Katie

Accounts Manager

Started working for S&D Recruitment in February 2016. Since this time she has helped develop the business by managing the accounts accurately and efficiently and also helps and assist both S&Ds clients and employees with any payroll queries.

Katie has 4 years of experience within this professional role however she has previously had many years working within a Customer Service environment. Thus giving Katie the tools to assist the team in recruitment drives.
